There is a lot of preliminary evidence that cannabis is effective against several different cancers but until the drug becomes FDA approved medicine, DO NOT FORGO CONVENTIONAL TREATMENTS.

There are hundreds of cannabis organizations, which all seek to change the law, but there is variation in their methods and their aims.  Any internet search will yield a huge selection.
